Eligibility & Format Information
Husband-Wife Division
The 100-team field will be selected as follows (if qualified applicant received by deadline): (A) Past Husband-Wife champions since 2000; (B) Through all qualified entrants received. Once the field reaches 100 teams, all others will be put on a waiting list in order received and will be added should a team withdraw. If total number of entries does not exceed 100 teams, all teams meeting entrance requirement will be accepted. Teams will compete at gross and the championship will be pre-flighted based on combined team index. Highest index will be adjusted downward so there is not more than a 30-stroke differential. Overall champion will be the team with lowest 36-hole score regardless of flight. Day 1 format is Select Tee Shot (both tee off then select best and play alternate shot). Day 2 format is SDGA Chapman . Size of field for this championship and the Senior Division will determine if championship uses tee times or a shotgun start.

Senior Husband-Wife Division
In order to compete in the Senior Division, men must be at least 55 years old and women must be at least 50 years old. FORMAT:
Day 1 format is Select Tee Shot (both tee off then select best and play alternate shot). Day 2 format is SDGA Chapman.

- BOTH PLAYERS HIT A TEE SHOT ON EACH HOLE (PAR 3’s, 4’s & 5’s), THEN YOU HIT YOUR PARTNERS BALL FOR THE 2ND SHOT. FOR THE 3RD SHOT, A BALL (1) IS SELECTED BY THE TEAM TO BE PLAYED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE HOLE. THE TEAM ALTERNATES SHOTS UNTIL THE BALL IS HOLED. IF PLAYER A’S BALL IS SELECTED FOR THE 3RD SHOT, IT IS PLAYER B’S TURN TO PLAY.
